GRILLED Sloppy Joes
« on: August 07, 2017, 07:49:56 AM »
It's been a crazy week, packing and planning and trying to find a new place to live. Again.

I still found some time to play with a new camera set up though...

Love the new logo intro! Neat twist on making sloppy joes. Looks delicious! Now I need a drip n griddle. Great singing!

Pretty cool vid. neat that you are able to eye the hot spots so easily on the DnG. I would make them for my girls when they were little they renamed them sloppy dads

That looks like some proper sloppy joes. Nice edit as well. Love the bob Ross reference.  I thought it looked like you didn't use enough ketchup. Your wife confirmed my concern lol.

Thank you!
Yeah the ketchup thing.... While I was squirting (the ketchup), I had the vision of too-much-sauce and the cheese not functioning as a glue. Self-doubt took over.

"Happy little sandwich right there." That made me chuckle.

The video was great, especially the simultaneous camera shots. I dig your technique for taking the sloppy joes off of the grill with the top bun already covering the meat. Thanks for sharing this.
