It sounds like you may win the yellow patch if the owners have been cooking meth in it.  :o This is a rare patch so continue with caution. If there are dogs involved while going for the green patch you may also win the brown patch if you take care of them.

Seriously, I bet they would let it go for $25 easy. Keep us posted.

Lol true that , the guy I bought it from said he walked into a dealership in thousands oaks California and someone had just traded it in like two days after the chase , said he got it for a song and dance .
