Unread count OCD

The main way that I keep up with the forums on the app is through the “Unread” tab. I am trying to get it down to zero. Mainly because it bugs me when I see 99+. I feel like I need to read all these posts. I have been whittling down the list little by little. When I access the WKC on my computer I have to go through each category until there aren’t any blacked out flags (which means no more new items). It seems that I can’t help it. Does anyone else rely on this “Unread” tab?

Unread on Tapatalk is always up on my phone. Like my damn work email. Feel like I'm behind if it ain't all read.
