50/50% pork/beef. Garlic/vegeta/onion/salt/pepper. And some plain Bacon.








Served in a rool,with mayo/cheese/tomatoe...Dang im full! (Should have added some raw onion and some heat)

 Eastex.....not sure if you like clams at all, but those two things in the middle of the pic are 2 strips of bacon, overlapped slightly all along the length, wrapped around a few baby clams.....
