Friday night Ribeye sandwiches

With mushrooms onions and provolone.

Thin-cut ribeyes seasoned with Lawrys and pepper. Sautéed the shrooms and onion in a little olive oil and butter. Started the steak indirect to get some smoky flavor from a chunk of hickory then seared and topped with cheese.

It all came together very nicely.

To put your mind at ease, think of it like a Philly cheesesteak.

To be fair, though, I'd probably like it better without the cheese, but she likes them this way.
