Wasabi Tuna
« on: June 09, 2017, 04:02:41 PM »
Nice piece of tuna - what to do?

Couple ingredients; wasabi paste and a lime:

Into the Sous Vide bath for an hour:

Prep some Bok Choy and cucumber for a salad:

A little oil and tuxedo sesame seeds, and into the CI pan:

A minute or so per side:

And we're done. Great summer evening meal!

And, yes, Weber was involved. The Summit side burner rocks!
