Really good time today in PA today - great group of expert cookers made for an active meetup. We had a nice selection of beautiful lookers - but the focus was cooking, and it that department we knocked it out of the park. My camera was never where I was when a good shot popped up, so not a lot of photos this time. A group of unexpected hungry people showed up to make it interesting, but there was plenty of food for everyone. I did pulled pork, smoked cole slaw and smoked potato salad. Mike Stavlund reprised his excellent salmon, topped only by some amazing steelhead and hasselback potatoes. Teerhardy pulled off some equally amazing corn, Yardburner took on some professional level chicken and pork bites that were out of this world, topped with a great onion jam.  EllwoodGlen brought up the rear with some fine ribs and terrific beans. Add to that some sausages and dogs by SIL Justin and you can imagine how good it was. I've been to three Chicago summer meetups, and three in the Mid Atlantic. Every one has been better than the one before. Fun way to spend a summer day. (BTW - someone forgot a camp chair, and Mike, I have your banner.)

I have pictures as well. From the arrival, of the host supervising, of the view, of teamwork in progress, and lastly of the master cutting up my late to finish ribs.

I had a great time and learned some pointers for my ribs, I got to put some names to faces and saw some awesome looking Webers.

Big thanks to @Cellar2ful for arranging production of the banners you've seen now at three meetups this Summer - coast to coast! He did the heavy lifting to get something done that has been on my to-do list for five years - like a lot of other things. Made our meetup even more photogenic I must say, and the classic red logo is still my favorite.

What Marty failed to mention is that it was his graphic artwork depicted in the banners.

Sorry I missed this.  I don't check the forum a whole lot.  We have been super busy so it wouldn't have worked out for us anyway. Looks like it was a great time.

Thanks again for hosting, Marty! (and family).  It was a ton of fun, and y'all, Marty's 'barn find' '97 Performer is a TIME MACHINE.  Incredible.

Sorry I missed it.  We ended up adjusting our vacation a few days and didn't get home until Saturday afternoon.  We were in no mans land VA with no Wifi or Cell phone signals......felt like a caveman haha

The food all looked great
