Any idea about how long 4 racks should take on the Weber Kettle?

Notice there's room between them. If you lean them together they may take longer.

I added the tin foil as a shield to prevent over cooking the side closest to the fire.

The tin foil is a good idea, I like it. I am going to use that on my cook tomorrow.

This is what I like about this forum, so many good ideas.
I'm stuck in my ways, I usually build a heap of Briquettes on one side and light a couple and let it burn through. I top up as needed towards the end.
Cook for 5 hours.
Unlike my Briskett, I have a lot of work to do on perfecting my ribs.
Thanks guys

The snake method is working out really well so far. Ended up putting 6 racks on, found out that if I turn my rib rack upside down I could get up 7 racks instead of the usual 4.

My phone died during the rest of the cook so I don't have a finished product picture to put up but they were the best ribs we have ever eaten, the snake worked way better than I thought it would. I had to add a little more charcoal on it towards the end just because I wasn't sure how big to make the snake. They went on at 9:30 am and came off at 6. Turned out amazingly

Your gonna need a 26r. Your close to capacity with that cook. Those ribs look awesome. Did you shuffle the ribs in the rack to ensure even cooking?
