Two Kettle Cooks
« on: April 18, 2013, 06:58:36 AM »
I made a tortilla bake with mainly pinto beans, leftover chicken and cheese. It was really good and we used all of our leftovers. You can also add a can of enchilada sauce and olives when doing this. I just didn't have any, but it was still really good.

The next day I made more burgers and basket fries. Believe it or not, I had to really practice make hamburgers. I could make difficult things and always failed at simple burgers.

Thanks again for the help Jude!

You did.....and we'll needa step-by-step, either here or the recipe area, for doofusus like me who can't figure it out just by looking........

Need to branch out the type of cooks.....mainly to butter up the wife so I can bring in more kettles(I missed the maroon, out of fear)..........................this looks good & she came back with some Texas cookbooks, too...

Looks great Duke!  8)  Everytime I see your Paella pan, I keep kicking myself to get off my butt and go get one. I know I'd use it a lot if I had one.
