Burger month entry. The classic
« on: May 22, 2017, 04:27:16 PM »
What else would I do. You guys know I like few ingredients. 80/20, lawry, craft single, onion. I was genuinely concerned I was going to have a grease fire. By far the best burgers I've ever made.

Great crust on those burgers man. Love the shot of it spitting grease all over. [emoji106]

@HoosierKettle You should post this in the Cooks, Pics & Recepies section and title it starting with Burger Month Entry.

Great simple burger, just the way I like em. Looks delicious 8)

Great burger entry bud. They don't need to be fancy. I'd take two of those.

Nice burgers, nice setup and nice technique.

Thanks. It was funny. I've used this griddle on the grate of the 26 but never the 22. Tonight I placed it on the 22 and the handles "locked" on to the rim of the 22 like it was made for it.  No grate necessary. It looks like it would slide off but it doesn't budge.
