Grill fried chicken

Pretty simple stuff...
Bone-in breasts brined and breaded...
Cooked indirect with lid temp around 400...


Some squash cooking direct...


And it's time to eat...


I love cooking chicken this way...

Great stuff. Bone in chicken breast is my favorite. I cook squash frequently too. Great combo!

Looks good. I never can get those nice grill marks on squash, looks like you have the cast iron grates so maybe that is the key.

House Autry Medium Hot...Store bought stuff...Makes a very light crust that seems to be made for the grill...
