Yesterday opening an academy sports in Apex NC. I smoked two big racks on a jumbo joe 5.5 hours. Maple wood , weber rub and norleans seasoning. Free royal oak. Also burned through a pack of lighter cubes showing people how to use a chimney.

Impressive. Were they somehow stacked, and later flipped? I can just fit one full rack on a 22.

Great job on the ribs!  Amazing what you can do with a Jumbo Joe.

I've often wondered why we don't simply do that sort of thing at home, since many of us are hovering around the grill anyway.

I'll be in Burlington NC for the from tomorrow til the end of the month. Think I'll go craigslist /offer up hunting for a grill for the hotel. I have to grill something for thanksgiving. If anyone is in that area, I'd love to meet up. Cheers
