Parking lot cooking
« on: March 16, 2017, 04:36:10 PM »
Since I travel with the mobile grill academy, I cook a lot from parking lots of hotels and stores. I'll start posting a lot more.  Today was prosciutto wrapped pork loin.chove and spinach blended mashed potatoes and asparagus.   Cooked on 22 master touch.

Wow!  That's impressive whether in a parking lot or backyard or kitchen. Looking forward to a lot more posts.

That pork roast looks great! The color of the spinach blended mashed potatoes is startling.

I love the action shots. Thanks for coming back and adding those pics.

I'm gonna have to look up a spinach blended tater recipe for St. party's cook. I'm guessing I could start with the Weber website. Lol.
Thanks for sharing.
