3rd stalls a charm...

3 stalls and 2hrs late. Took off the grill and let sit for 1hr until 2am pulled apart ohh and bone pulled right out![emoji106]










He also informed me he is having some people over on Sat so not to vac pack it. Happy to hear that not a fan of frozen pulled pork.

Thanks all! I brought Dave the pork shoulder today. I also told him about all the good wishes from all of you. He said thank you very much. If he keeps up like he was today I'm sure he will be all good!
