Gorgonzola sauce steak and smoked spaghetti

Well hell I was looking for "smoked spaghetti"  Made some grilled spaghetti once and was anxiously awaiting smoked...
But it's hard to be disappointed wit cooking like that...It ALL was over the top! Great job...

Smoked the meatballs with hickory. Planned on smoking the cheese and dish in cherry , but the lady didn't want the whole dish in smoke .
