I picked up some fresh ahi today and cooked it useing the weber gourmet system. Not that this is really exciting now that everyone is perving the weber fireplace on ebay. It would be much more exciting if I was cooking it on one!



So anyways, I gave it a quick marinade in some teriyaki & green onion.



You can see it's still rare inside.



Here is the plated shot.



The weber gourmet system did a good job. I am looking forward to doing this again. Maybe next time it will be on a Weber Fireplace. :)
