I took a page from @thedude when he recently mentioned "pork and pineapple, how can you go wrong"

Just using some stuff I had on hand. I took internal to 150. Only seasoning was Tony's. Juice everywhere.

No recipe. I made this one up.

I like that idea a lot. I also think it would be good with a sweet and spicy Thai glaze. I wanted smoke on the pineapple and pork but I think I'll do a bacon wrap and glaze next time. Pineapple and pork is just fantastic. Last time I tried pork and pineapple kabobs and I dried the shit out of the pork. This time it was a juice explosion. Much easier with a large cut like this.
