Thanks for looking fellas. Don't know the science behind it but I love that Slow n Sear. My grill runs hotter with it. I lit a full chimney of Stubbs and after dinner it was still running 500 lid temp with a good amount of fuel. Just kosher salt and black pepper on the steaks. Nothing like a home grilled steak.
