I'm cannibalizing a beat up Genesis Silver B... wondering if anyone has any tips on the easiest way to remove the Weber logo faceplate....?

I just cut the hardware off from the backside. Sometimes it's a threaded nut and sometimes it's pushnuts.

Looks like a couple of pushnuts. Was trying to avoid cutting, but may need to go that route.

Try squeezing the push nuts with pliers to open them up.

Use a box cutter to get under one edge of the push nuts and slowly pry it back a bit. Once you have a bit of wiggle room switch over to a flathead screwdriver and pry them off... if they don't break during removal you can pound them flat again with a hammer and reuse.

Good luck!
