Only way to fail with a rotisserie, is to temp in the boob. Temp the thigh, and all is good. You can WAY overshoot the boob, and still be juicy. Undercook the thigh, you still have blood.

I like all of the choices but my favorite it BCC by far. I know that wasn't one of choices. LOL!

All have their merits. Inverted vortex for basement chicken works well. Spatchcock will cut down cook time significantly. Spatchcock turkey is a time saving miracle. Roti turns out a good product.

The one thing that keeps me from breaking out the roti more often is the whole production of it. That's a lot of stuff to clean up.
