Lunch for the rest of the week!

Cooking up lunch for the girlfriend and I for the rest of the week.  I'll get right in to it (pic heavy [emoji51]$ keeping it simple.  Wishbone marinated chicken (24 hrs).  Veggies SPG and EVOO.  That's it.

On the grill with a little cherry.   Seared the veggies and reverse seared chicken.  Simple

Went hot and fast for the seat but choked it down to around 350.

Your grill is so organized for lack of a better word. I really like how you skewered the veggies. I usually have them loose and trying to turn them all is a pain. Not sure why I hadn't thought of that but definitely will be using that idea. We cook those same veggies frequently. Looks great.
