This is a very rich bread called Kolach and is being baked on my standard 18" WSM cooker.

Another picture of how it is prepped for the cooker.

This is a couple of loaves of Italian Bruschetta bread on a raised grid which is a kind of dressed up focaccia bread. The slab potatoes are cut about 1/2" thick for this meal. It's the start and  is part of a larger cook and bake on my gen 2 performer. I will include the other parts of the cook.

The bread and potatoes done.

It also included some mixed veggies and fruit.

The meat on this cook was flat iron steak.

The results of this cook.

Ok, I just about stumped you...this was a full slab of St. Louis cut spare ribs on a Weber Jumbo Joe kettle. Again, this was part of a larger cook.

I have a pan of barbecue pit beans on the lower charcoal grate with some brown sugar on top. Then the cooking grate over them with the ribs on top so the drippings from the ribs will go into the beans for additional flavor.

Later into the cook and after I had wrapped my ribs, I did my quartered potatoes mostly over the direct heat.

Beans ready to come off of my kettle.

And you add a cornbread slice, a tossed salad, and a cherry pie and ice cream dessert, and you have a great meal.

This cook might be a little too tough for you Weber experts...I might stump you with this one.

Travis

I'm goin good ol flapjacks on a 22, based on the size of the griddle
