From what I recall, all the coloured mastertouch kettles have the black triangle & ashpan, the black ones have bare aluminium ash pans.

I'm going to Northern Vermont first week in January, I wonder if I can convince the wife to be to take it a little further into Montreal and try to find me an Ivory.

It would be a stretch.  The Ivory is soooo damn classy.

Let's see what the US conversion would be-
