Saturday night pizzas

Pizza night on Saturday was another success!  Bobby Flay pizza dough recipe. 1.5-2 chimneys of KBB and a lot of mesquite chunks.

White pizza: EVOO, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, minced garlic.  Topped with prosciutto and arugula after cooking then hit with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Red pizza 1:  hand crushed San Marzano tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, dry salami

Red pizza 2:   hand crushed San Marzano tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, dry salami, mushrooms
