Yeah, I've never found a clip for the thermo. You can use whatever really. Just slice off the bottom to make a base. Onions smell good too.

You're brisket was awesome bud. How long did it go for?

Awesome cook! I love the old 3 wheelers too. Way long thyme ago, my first Weber was a prototype from the factory (marked prototype), given to me by a friend. Wish I still had that kettle...
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.
