I have a great finishing salt I love it is a flur de sal with black truffles. It runs $29 for a small jar. Its really a luxury.

My wife bought a jar of that, it is damn good!  Ridiculously expensive, but damn good!

fleur de sel at the table (i forget the brand, but it's a lot nicer than most of the brands i've found here)
