Looks like Hogsy's design has gone commercial.
I wonder if I get royalties?

They should put you on the payroll, since I believe you also recommended a perforated bottom to the original SNS.

This video was meant to show the DnG works on a lot of different grills.  We have a kettle specific DnG vid planned for two weeks from now.  8)

The bacon wasn't salted.  Not sure what you're referring to.

Can't wait for that vid.

At the 58sec mark ou can see a Salt shaker being...eh, shaken, over the bacon.  Right before the egg is placed on the griddle.

That wasn't a salt shaker.  That was the egg getting cracked on the side of the grill.  ;)

@ABCbarbecue. Looks like a nice solid product. What I do like about it mostly is the handles and the rolled edges. With the similar products for sale out there I haven't seen a good way to lift it or to keep grease from going wherever.
It's probably been mentioned and I missed it, but what is it made out of and how much does it weigh?

The DnG is made entirely of 304 stainless steel and weighs about 4 pounds.  Same material we use to make the Slow 'N Sear!

No plans for a bigger DnG pan. Costs from tooling would make it too expensive.
