Thanks Joe. I was unaware until one of the guest pointed out my name on the menu. We go out and do a meet and greet post dinner, not something I am accustomed to. It's been my experience that its chefs name on the menu and the sous kinda fades away. Pretty rad to get credit and notice. The rib eye dish though not my idea I was completely responsible for from butchery to final plating. The number of compliments on the level of smoke and steak cook was a beautiful thing.

Awesome menu Matt.  Cakebread Cellars has some pretty good juice.  We love wine dinners and have attended several of the James Beard Celebrity Chef Dinners. That is the first time I have seen a nod to a sous chef.  Looks like your Executive Chef appreciates you.  My wife and I would definitely be interested in attending.
