@Thesnow321 -  Just saw one of your other posts about pizza on charcoal being too smokey.  You have to have your lid propped open for the wood to burn instead of smoke, then the pizza comes out with a hint of smoke instead of overpowered.  Both the PizzaQue and KettlePizza do this via the large opening in the front.  You should be able to get similar results by propping the lid open with something.
