A little tip for keeping your grill clean after vortex cooks.  I like to pull my cooking grate off then remove the vortex and move the coals to outside area of the cooking grate so the chicken (or whatever) drippings burn off.  I wouldn't recommend it with out some good Ove Gloves though!  It works great!

No peer pressure is when you come back from meeting everyone in Chicago and your wife gets weberitis and falls in love with the Seville and says just find me one, now that is peer pressure she is already rearranging deck furniture to decide where she wants it to go
