Spam for dinner? Wife hates the idea!

For Christmas last year I gave my colleagues at work a lovely dinner package all dolled up in a nice bag with ribbons.  Inside the bag was a can of spam and two PBR's.  People need to get over themselves.

dice it up small and use with cheese to make either a spam/chesse omelette or spam/cheese quiche add some minced onions  and/or chives for texture/flavor. or do the same and add to finely chopped potatoes to make hash.
