Marinated Flatiron
« on: June 28, 2020, 03:55:39 PM »
It was a 2.5 lb flatiron.  I used 1.5 cup of Moore's marinade and .5 cup Lowry's Italian Marinade.  Marinated about 3 hrs.  Reverse seared to temp at 135 degrees.  Came out fantastic.

Looks awesome and I bet it was cooked on a black grill
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
