I have to admit that I use the screens to cook pizzas on. The clean up was my motivation, I hate the smell of the burning cornmeal and if it gets on the next pie going in, blech. Regardless of how often you clean between pies.

This was cooked on a screen in a Pizzacraft Pizzaque.
