Yesterday I made Jeyuk Bokkeum (Spicy Korean grilled pork belly)
After researching various sites, I settled on a recipe I found on Epicurious.

The ingredients

I used 2lbs of thick cut pork belly for this cook. I purchased them in one lb packages

After mixing the pork with all the ingredients,I let it marinate for 5 hours.

Before cooking the pork, I pan fried some Goyza to go along with our meal

Pork on the griddle

Plated and ready to eat

The lettuce wraps were filled with the grilled pork and topped with Kimchi. The results were fantastic. The family really enjoyed this dish.
I used a half a chimney of KBB and cooked on my new MT using the Weber griddle

Thanks for looking!

Awesome looking cook!  It seems that all asian recipes take so many ingredients.

Um, you forgot the all important grill shot.  Show that thing off!

You're right, on both counts! A lot of ingredients and no grill money shot. My bad.

Looks awesome! Tfs
