Another OBX Trip

Well, happy to say that my grill present was ready to go when we came back for our beach week.

A few pictures from the cooks this week.












Caprese salad. Yeah I know, wasn't grilled, but too pretty not to share.






I cheated. I packed the 22 WSM.

Looking great!  This is the first year in probably 15 that I don't have an OBX trip on the schedule.  I may have to change that.

Looks great! I'll be headed south of there in two weeks to Holden Beach, NC. Still trying to find a rental company that has WSM's, no luck. Looks like I'll be picking one up at Walmart and donating it to the house I rent every year for two weeks.

I like the presentation of the Caprese salad, I'm going to start using that one. Everything else also looks like it would taste great!
