Yeah, those cookups do look good......even beter on a 4th & 5th viewing.....kinda reminds me to break out the cast iron more often.....bark on the butts looks grate too.....real good cookups, Bbqmiller !!!

As for the 'turd racks, it's something so outlandish, I can't even really describe it in a thousand words or less...........It'll have to be told in pictures...... 8)  (more than three.....)

Thanks for the comments. It is amazing how versatile these kettles are. I can control temp better with the kettles than my genesis.
