Smoked and braised PSB style.

A quick rub with Worcestershire sauce and then on the kettle at 250 for 2-3 hrs of smoke.

After the smoke , I panned the ribs up and grilled the peppers and onions.

Some grill marks on the ribs and everyone in the pool

Foiled for a braise 2-3 hrs at 300

With about an hour left on the ribs I tossed on some spuds to roast .

Man, that looks incredible! So what was the braising liquid you used? Was it the beer?

Beef short ribs are my personal favorite. More so than pork. My family likes pork ribs better, but he'll, it doesn't matter. You can't go wrong cooking ribs! Tfs

Looks fantastic! The pic you have with the spuds--did you make that rack the spuds are on or can that be purchased somewhere?
