Tenderloins & Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

The XC used her "new grill" last night for dinner.

Tenderloins dry rubbed with salt, pepper, smoked paprika & dehydrated garlic


roasting garlic with hickory smoked olive oil and rosemary. Used this for the rosemary & roasted garlic vinagrette over the potatoes.


The XC manning her own 22.5"er!


parboiled these for 7 mins, then finished them on the grill while the steaks were resting.


Lets eat! Thats a blue cheese butter on the steaks with ceaser salad.

I'm missing it...and she is way better (thans for rubbing that in, Hank!!). Her mind, like any other 11yr old, is not tainted so anything goes. And as we all know, fear is what holds us back especially when cooking.
