Gifting! Sharing the passion and gifting. gives me more than the the collection itself. Again, great cook.

Great job. Wishing you and the kids the best for the AP test! I didn't do so hot on mine when I took it lol.

Now that's a party. But like the ones holding textbooks open ... I don't know that I'd want to be anywhere BEFORE the party but studying! :)

Great show...the pork on the 26er looks very good. Bet you had fun. As per bailing on the Mini in favor of the the Performer....I always thought that was one of the reasons to have so many Kettles. I've had to do a few times.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"

Yes, that was huge.  Once I decided to abandon the mini, I wasn't too worried, as I knew I could get the performer going with a snake super fast, and I knew it would work...however, the performer still required some fine tuning to keep it from getting too hot.  The thing that really blew my mind all day was how steady the 26er was.  I knew the regular WSM would do its thing, but the 26er was just as steady (one daisy vent on bottom completely open, all others closed, top open) as the WSM.

Good show sir!
Awesome thing to do for your kids, that's one of the things they'll always remember.

And like others have said, that Wood Dale 26er...damn!
