The final piece to my KP puzzle
« on: May 26, 2016, 05:02:29 PM »
I broke down and ordered the prograte and tombstone and received it yesterday. And I must say, if you don't have it, get it. Very much worth it IMO. The main reason I got it is because it gives you more clearance in the opening to launch your pizza and rotate throughout the cook.

So, I decided earlier today to give it a test. A cheese for the little ones and a pepperoni and jalapeņo for my wife and I.

Nate - you are a pizza master!   That looks great.

Care to share your dough recipe?

@Winz  I picked that dough up at the Nugget Market since this was last minute.

Would it be possible for you to post a link to where you ordered the stone and grate?

Do you just put charcoal and wood in the basket or do you still use the C around the sides and then even more in the back basket?
