Sliders in the Snow !!!
« on: March 01, 2013, 07:00:28 PM »
Picked up some blue cheese angus beef sliders from King Soopers (aka Kroger) .  Fired up the new '00 Maroon Performer.

Added some sliced onions and evoo to the Griswold #3 cast iron skillet.

They were dressed with grilled onions, sharp cheddar, pickles and ketchup/buffalo ranch blend.

Cheers and Beers,
Tracy

Looks very good!

I was reading a blog on seasoning CI and ran across the Griswold name. I checked the logos on ours and it turns out that one of ours is a Griswold as well. More recently I've been going with Lodge.

Now you can just point out how much that meal would have cost and subtract the cost of your new Performer from that, tasted better than what you have gotten at a chain restaurant too.
