I ended up being the only bidder on the local ebay auction that was placed in the online finds section.  Won with the $45 bid.  When the guy said there were lots of extras, he wasn't kidding

Wow!  That is $200-$300 in extras with the table and the condiment rack.  Pizza stone is sweet too.  Awesome pickup!
