Was in a store today browsing. Spirits had "flat" grates and better ones (SS Spirit, or do they still make Genesis??) had "pointed" grates. Like the surface is triangular if that makes sense. Don't know why one would be preferable to the other. And then I saw another step up in the line, SS "round" grates.

It's all way above my pay grade.
