Tri tip and Pork loin
« on: January 18, 2016, 03:43:55 PM »
Smoked these on Saturday for the family, first Tri tip I've done. It was a fantastic chunk of beef. Will do it again for sure. Both were smoked on my CB performer and the Tri tip was seared off on the brownie. Oh...and it was 7 degrees out....
