Made some ribs on my 26 the other day.  Can't find any pictures of the finished product but you've all seen them. I think they look pretty in this picture after going for a couple hours.  I think I used all Byron Butt Rub on these.   I put sweet baby rays on some of them.  I liked them all even though I ended up over cooking them a bit.

Looking good. I haven't tried ribs on the 26 yet. Is 3 racks about the limit for space?
