Sous vide porterhouse to 129 degrees, finished on the Performer over direct heat.

Grilled lobster tails: light olive oil with salt and pepper, basted with garlic butter on the Performer.

Flanked with bacon and garlic spinach and blacked beans.

I love grilled lobster.  Much more flavor than boiling them.

best of the best .... really nice job.   I love steak and lobster..... I did grilled lobster for the 1st time a shile back ( http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/bbq-food-pics/lobster-tails-twice-cooked-potatoes-asparagus-naan/ ) and I must say it came out ok.   @MrHoss has a pic in that post of the whole lobster on the grill....

Thanks, all! It was just as good as a salad the next day.

I recently got a sous vide, and I must say, I'm sold. I'll never do it the old way again. It simply cannot be beat.
Yours looks delicious by the way
