Hey Guys, it´s Max from germany again.
Just before Christmas, it was the 23rd, I found an B-Code brownie online that was just a few miles away from me.
I had to get it, although I already got a brownie from the early 90's sittin in the garage.
So I picked it up at the sellers house, he had it stored in the basement the last few years. What i saw right away, was that he was not using a coal grid, he just dumped the coals in the bottom of the kettle, that is why it has so much rust around the vents, but nothing real serious.
So today I cleaned it all up using the razor blade method, polished the legs and the ash pan a lil. Luckily I had some Vents at home and a new coal grid.
Handle is still in good shape ( + I have no other anymore)
After the holidays i probably will buy a new set of legs for it and a white cap.
This is defiantly a cooker, it does not have to be perfect. But I´m very lucky with the outcome
