Snow day fatty

Stuffed with swiss cheese, stove top turkey stuffing,  deli sliced turkey and cranberry sauce. Covered in Tatonka dust. Smoked at 225 with cherry til 155 IT and finished under the broiler til the bacon was where I wanted

Oh man this looks MONEY @bigmikey!   Was the meat a pork and beef combination?  I can't really tell from the picture.

It was, and it was fabulous,  definitely going to be doing again real soon. Had it cold on a bun today and tasted  good too
