Some BBQING Today
« on: December 07, 2015, 03:29:43 PM »
Busy day on the patio.

One pork shoulder sans bone on the roti.  275-300 in the kettle.  Roast pulled from roti after four hours with a temp of 160 then wrapped and put in a cooler.  Very juicy...very tasty.  Also roasted sweet potatoes and purple sweet potatoes down below.

One beer can chicken.  A bit over done but good too.

Four chicken breasts on bone, no skin.  Good but I think chicken should be bbqed in its skin. Sorry no picture.

Also, another chicken put on the roti after plying of the pork.  Pulled off at 165 and after moving the coals to the middle for the last 15 minutes.  It was very moist and very tasty.

I love my rotisserie!

That all looks good, and a lot of food. Must be a good party. And a fun cook.
