That looks like it will be a sweet setup. I like how you are combining the custom pipework with Weber parts. And at least you are not putting Blackhawks crap on it.

Wow! That's gonna be a totally boss set up when it's all done.

That frame looks incredible and super professional. Of course the woodwork is top notch...always is!

I can't wait to see it all finished!

@Shoestringshop How did you manage to get the ash assembly so shiny?

@WNC  This is how I do it...

Harbor Freight has the kit I used...
http://www.harborfreight.com/5-piece-buffing-and-polishing-kit-1.html

Start

Add polishing stick

It tends to bind up a bit, I use a saw to breakup the polishing pad

Polish the part

Almost done

When I see a reflection its done!

Takes about 30-40min to do. But looks like it took a lot longer ;)

That is coming along nicely! I didn't know Brian did wooden whitewalls.. I may have to look into those.

Great job on the build , buffing that ash pan ring  out like that is the only way to go, so clean looking !

The wheel inserts were on my to do list, glad to see someone did them finally :) are they glued  in place or do they have the posts like the originals ?

@Idahawk They will be glued with J-B Weld ClearWeld Epoxy Adhesive. Tested it on wood/plastic to see if it would work and it will.

Sounds a little bitter about the Hawks domination as of late.....I'd do the Hawks in a second, however that would be only worthy of a table with THREE grills in it.....
